DELIVERY
At Lingerie-Shop.ie we take great pride in providing a top quality service and keeping our customers fully informed.
For simplicity, all oredrs, no matter what size or value are charged at one standard rate of €10. This charge covers the cost of postage and packing. We do not make a profit on postage charges.
All orders are delivered in plain discrete packaging and require a signature on delivery. When choosing a delivery address customers should consider using a workplace address as there is nearly always someone available to accept and sign
for the delivery.
If for some reason an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise of the options available.

RETURNS POLICY
At Lingerie-shop.ie we want you to be totally satisfied with the items you purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason we offer a 100% guarantee. We will exchange the goods or offer a full refund provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please remember that briefs/ thongs/ swimwear / etc must be tried on over your own underwear. If it is apparent that this guideline has not been followed Lingerie-shop.ie reserve the right to refuse returns.
RETURNS PERIOD
Under normal circumstances our returns period is 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Any returns must be received within that this time.
However the following exceptions apply
1. Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards can be returned up to 15th January.
2. Valentine's gifts ordered from january can be returned up to 28th February.
The extended dates refer to the date by which the goods are to be returned to Lingerie-shop.ie.
Please allow sufficient time for delivery to our warehouse.
RETURNS PROCEEDURE
All orders are despatched with a "returns form" which should be used when returning an item of lingerie. You do not need to get authorisation from Lingerie-shop.ie before making a return
Goods must be returned at your own expense and you must also ensure that goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We also recommend that you select a postage option that allows your return to be tracked and traced. We can only issue refunds or exchanges for items that are received into our warehouse with a completed returns slip.
Once the goods are received and inspected will be issue a refund or replacement as quickly as possible but please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
The returns policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY
Certain goods are excluded from our returns policy, for reasons of hygiene. Any such products will be clearly described on our website. Your statutory rights in such cases will not be affected.
Returns on hoisery cannot be accepted if the package has been opened.
Gift box charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. if you request a replacement item we advise that you retain the gift box as replacement items will not be sent in a gift box.
REPLACEMENTS
Lingerie-Shop.ie are unable to process replacements of a higher value than the goods originally ordered. In such cases you should request a refund and then place a new order.
Gift box charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return however if you request a replacement you will not be charged for delivery.
REFUNDS
If you have request a refund or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.

If there is a problem with an item you purchase from Lingerie-shop.ie please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Any of the terms and conditions outlined above do not affect your statutory rights.
