For simplicity, all oredrs, no matter what size or value are charged at one
standard rate of €3.90. This charge covers the cost of postage and packing. We do not
make a profit on postage charges.
All orders are delivered in plain discrete packaging and require a signature
on delivery. When choosing a delivery address customers should consider using
a workplace address as there is nearly always someone available to accept and sign
for the delivery.
If for some reason an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise
of the options available.
Customers should allow 3-5 working days for delivery of their order. Orders are delivered either by courier or registered post.
